General Underwriting Criteria
We can only underwrite accounts that have the following two general operational criteria:
•Local/Intermediate Radius Mover- Mover's radius of operations is less than 250 miles from their location. Over 250 miles is consider long haul needs to be extremely incidental or is done under a van line's authority (ie. Allied Van Lines, Bekin, Wheaton, Global, Stevens, North American, etc.). The van line must pick up the AL & Cargo while under there authority.
United/Mayflower/Atlas Vanlines Agents- On these select vanlines we can provide long haul coverage. Please attached 5 years of loss history and our long haul supplemental application

•The Mover must have a warehouse facility- General residential household goods warehouse legal exposure required.
Submission Requirements
To submit an application we need a complete application which includes:
• Acord applications for all coverages
• M&S Supplemental Application (Download Word)
• 4 years loss history for all lines
• Annual Financial Statement (Income & Balance Sheet)
• Drivers list with Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRS)
• Vehicle schedule
• A copy of their bill of lading and warehouse receipt
