Day Mover Operation Underwriting Guidelines
• Must have been in business at least five years
• No Movers in Major Metropolitan Center: LA, Boston, Manhattan and San Francisco
• All Drivers must meet Mover’s Choice Driver Eligibility Requirement
• Three Years of Loss History Required
• Financials Based on Credit Score – Submitted by Insured
• Cargo Policy would only offer $.60 per pound valuation- Minimum premium


Day Mover Operation Submission Requirements
• Day Movers Supplemental Application (Download Word)
• Acord Application for all coverages
• Vehicle Schedule
• Drivers List with MVRS
• Insured Credit Score submitted from any Credit Agency, or Financial Statement (Income & Balance Sheet) or Tax Returns
• Three Years Auto & Cargo Loss History
• A copy of Bill of Lading
